All our prices are F.O.B. Los Angeles CA and Mexico City International Airport, if your order is Larger than twenty boxes please contact us direct in Mexico throught phone call or e-mail.

FRESHNESS:

We guarantee you that you are going to get fresh flowers by the time you get your order of birds of paradise( we are considering that it will take 24 hours to up to 3 days until you get your shipment of flowers, depending on your location), if they are not fresh, by the time you get your flowers, you may return them and we´ll replace your birds for fresher ones.

We are not responsible for birds of paradise flowers in bad shape 3 days after you have received your shipment of flowers.

TRANSPORTATION:

We are not responsible for the mistreatment of the boxes of flowers due to the shipping and handling from Los Angeles, Ca to your location, so please be careful on choosing the cargo company of your choice.
